Learn Latvian online with pre-recorded courses

All you need is to take the first step to start the exciting journey of learning a new language. It might be scary at first, you may feel like a one year old trying to take the first steps, saying the first words in a new language, but I promise, it will be worth it!

However, my motivation to study Latvian in my mind was never lost, then my fiancée found Dace on the Internet in 2021. I signed up for the online classes immediately, and it’s already been 3 years (Wow!) Now, thanks to your lectures, I have realised how logical, beautiful and exciting the Latvian language is.

I’ve been featured in Baltic Homesteaders' article about life in Latvia.
"If you are looking for help to study the language then I recommend ‘Learn Latvian With Dace’ Dace Pure is a great teacher and I had the opportunity to interview her not long ago."

Dace is one of the best language teachers I have ever met. Her support is incredible! I have successfully learned a few languages in my life, but I initially thought Latvian would be very difficult to master. However, when I started learning through her language course, I realized that wasn’t true.

Her lessons are perfectly structured to help students pass the Latvian language exam. Whenever I struggled to improve certain areas, she was always there to guide me toward my goal. Her support is truly amazing!
I started following Learn Latvian with Dace sometime last year. My mother is Latvian and I have been wanting and learning the language in bits and pieces for a while on my own, but it was hit and miss. Then I came across Dace’s page, and it’s been fun! I’ve picked up lots of new words and phrases and learned more about Latvian customs through interesting content she shares. Dace is very warm, friendly, has a passion for teaching, and a wonderful sense of humor. I enjoy everything she posts, and recently she also started a YouTube channel. All of these bonuses she just gives and shares freely. 😊

In Dec., she offered a free Zoom webinar, so I attended. It was great and full of so much new content! I was taking notes but rewatched the replay to fill in what I missed in writing. 😯 After a little game at the end of the webinar, she offered a special for signing up for her online course. I decided it was time, as I’d been wanting to do it for a while. I am so glad I did!

I’ve only completed 3 lessons so far, having limited time to work on it, but I’ve learned so much already! I can work on it at my own time frame. Her online course is not dry, boring, or just rote learning of facts. Dace incorporates auditory learning, visual, hands-on writing, reading, and interactive games as part of the learning and quiz process. She truly gets how to teach a language so one grasps it and enjoys it in the process. It is a very comprehensive style of teaching that covers all bases and which I, as well as her other students, truly appreciate and enjoy.

Dace is very accessible to give feedback or to help with other questions outside of the lessons we might have. She’s just so incredible!
Oh yeah, she gives us speaking challenge opportunities about every 2 or 3 weeks to practice our skills, learn more in the doing, and meet other students from all over the world! It’s fun and so helpful to all of us. 😆 Dace is there with us to guide, help, teach, and laugh with us. She just makes you feel so comfortable and at ease, which enhances learning and confidence. It’s wonderful. 💖

I could say so much more, but I truly appreciate Dace’s expertise, generosity, and warm, loving spirit. She is a gem. As a teacher and now a friend, she is absolutely superb. ❤️🥰

Dace, liels paldies!
